Osama Munir Fattaleh is the Chief Executive Officer of the Kingdom Health, bringing over three decades of leadership experience across global logistics, energy, aviation, and advisory sectors. Throughout his career, he has led organizations global expansions, operational advancement, strategic transformation, institutional restructuring, and consistently delivering sustainable value to stakeholders.
Fattaleh held several senior executive roles at Aramex, where he played a central role in expanding the company’s operations, international expansion including its listing on NASDAQ and the Dubai Financial Market. His tenure also included leading large-scale operational and strategic initiatives that contributed to Aramex’s emergence as a prominent player in the global logistics sector.
He also served as Chief Executive Officer of organizations Joramco and Kingdom Electricity and Energy, companies in the aviation and energy sectors, where he led post-privatization transformation efforts, worked to drive performance by embedding a corporate culture of performance and alignment, while improving financial performance and shareholder returns.
In 2017, Fattaleh co-founded EZadvisor, a regional advisory firm specializing in performance improvement, operational efficiency and optimization.
Beyond his executive and advisory roles, he is deeply committed to community service, and social impact. He serves as Chairman of SANA, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with special needs and serves as a board member of the Jordan Trail Association.
Fattaleh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from West Virginia University.
