Fadi Abu Sneineh is the Chief Operating Officer for the Kingdom Health, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience managing healthcare operations in both acute and ambulatory settings in the United States. Prior to joining the Kingdom Health, Fadi was a VP of Operations/Operational Excellence at LifeBridge Health in Maryland. Prior to LifeBridge Health, Fadi was an Associate Vice President of Operation at Adventist Health System in California. 

Fadi has developed and implemented innovative strategies that drove revenue growth, improved margins, and achieved top-tier quality outcomes. Fadi is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience and fostering high levels of employee and physician engagement.
